Koven Technology accepts returns on new condition merchandise purchased on-line when returned within 60 days. The following terms and exceptions apply:

Within 30 days: Products purchased may be returned within the first 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

31 to 60 days: Products returned after 30 days but prior to 60 days may be returned for a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% handling fee.

Exceptions: No returns will be accepted for on-line purchases after 60 days. We are unable to accept returns on sterile products including sterile ultrasound gel. Items must be in new or like-new condition with all original packaging included. We do not accept returns on physically damaged items. Shipping: Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. All shipping charges incurred to ship the product to the customer and/or to return the product to Koven Technology for refund are the responsibility of the customer.
